All Good Things...

To our friends and theater partners

We wish to inform you that 2024 will be the last season of Bard Fest.

Our leadership team has always been composed of volunteers and after eleven years of great theatre, the call of other things in life has become too great and we need to move on.

So, when we complete this season, we will fold up the Bard Fest banner, carefully stow it away and celebrate eleven years of fond memories.

All of you played a key role in our story.  Our success would not have been possible without your support.    We are very grateful and hope our legacy of nearly 50 productions provides ample evidence that you shared our vision of enriching the artistic community here in Indianapolis.     We cannot thank you enough.

Chaucer wrote, “All good things must come to an end”.  It has always been that way with theatre and we have no regrets.

We still have some new things to show you this year and are excited to produce the 2024 season.   See you at the theatre!

All the best -

Glenn Dobbs & John Clair
