When? Now. Where? Here. What? American Carnage.
Our country is in disarray, our streets are rife with crime, our cities are in decay, and, in the eyes of the law, order must be maintained—by any means necessary.
We open to yet another police raid, determined to root out the drug dealers and the crime bosses. Police Chief Duncan (Ryan Ruckman) has the best officers, the most tremendous officers, in fact, and two of them, Macbeth (Adam Tran) and Banquo (Justin Klein), have just earned another feather in their leader's cap by taking down the “corrupt” Sweno Macdonwald.
Content to skim off the top as usual, Macbeth and Banquo plan to head home to their families, a little richer, when a couple of drug-addled vagrants change their destinies forever. “You will rule, Macbeth,” the crones tell him, “you will have power.”
When news of this reaches Lady Macbeth (Devan Mathias), the game is set, and the path is written: the Macbeths will take their rightful place in society,
and the bodies will fall as they may.
