2019 Audition Information

Important Information

(1)  Dates :  Sunday June 9th  2pm to 6pm  
& Monday June 10th 7 to 10pm. They will be held at the District Theatre  627 Massachusetts Ave, Indianapolis, IN 46204

(2)  All auditions are by appointment.   Arrange for a date & time at firstfolioplayers@gmail.com

(3)   All actors are asked to prepare a monologue no longer than 1 - 2 minutes.   You may be asked to read from a side as well

(4)   Bard Fest runs two weekends October 17-20 & October 24-27.  The performances will be at the Fringe theater  and The District Theater on Mass Ave

(5)  Rehearsals will be starting the first week of September and run until opening.   Send a message to firstfolioplayers@gmail.com if you have questions about the schedule

(6)  All actors and crew members will be paid a stipend based on a profit sharing agreement. 

(7)  The directors have precast some roles.  Available roles are listed below along with a play synopsis and character list
 
(8)   The Tempest is a youth production by Agape Performing Arts Co.   Their auditions are held separately and more information can be found at agapeshows.org

Casting will be almost entirely neutral on gender, race, etc.
